Climb Your Mountain

Climb Your Mountain

Subtitle: Confess Your Sin
Speaker: Pastor Morten Kristoffersen and Brother Marcus Kristoffersen (Norway)

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.”

Revelation 4:1 (KJV)

Sermon Overview

This message calls the Bride of Christ to rise higher in spiritual maturity and preparation for the coming of the Lord. God is moving, and the Church must respond by obedience, confession, and submission to His divine order. To climb the mountain is to grow from faith to perfection through the Word and the power of the Holy Ghost.

1. Follow God’s Instruction

God gives grace when we follow His instruction. We must obey and submit ourselves fully.

When we recognise who is speaking to us, we obey without delay. When God brings divine instruction, we must respond immediately.

Hebrews 13:17 reminds us that those who watch for our souls will give account. Obedience to God’s order brings spiritual safety and growth.

2. God Is Moving – Are We Ready?

God is moving today more than ever. Jesus is waiting for His Church to become ready.

The rapture is near, and we must know who we are and what we are in the Body of Christ.

John 4:10 speaks of the gift of God in Christ. We must be connected to Him, the true Vine, and hear His voice clearly.

3. Becoming Ready – Ephesians 4

Ephesians 4 teaches the right order in the Church for the perfecting of the saints for ministry.

The apostolic Word brings alignment and growth. Spiritual maturity comes through divine order.

  • Baptism after baptism
  • Revelation after revelation
  • Power after power
  • Glory after glory

This is a progressive climb.

4. Equipped to Climb the Mountain

We must be equipped with God’s armour and the right Word to climb the mountain.

Often, we hinder ourselves by our own ways and opinions. The mountain requires surrender of self.

The potential inside us must manifest under the spiritual power of the Lord.

5. Unity of Faith and Perfection

2 Peter 1:5–7 teaches us to add to our faith virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and charity.

Ephesians 4 points toward perfection — the unity of the faith and the full stature of Christ.

True readiness comes only through the Holy Ghost and unity in the Spirit.

6. The Bride Responding to the Gift

Revelation 19:7 declares that the Bride has made herself ready.

The Bridegroom is coming. The Elect Lady must respond to the gift of God in obedience and holiness.

Confession of sin and submission to the Word prepare the Church for rapture.

Spiritual Growth and Readiness

Spiritual growth is not automatic. It requires obedience, submission and continual cleansing through confession. As believers climb their spiritual mountain, they leave behind doubt, carnality and self-will.

The Church today must recognise the hour in which we are living. Only through surrender to the Holy Ghost can we grow into the full stature of perfection described in Ephesians 4.

Conclusion

Climb your mountain.

Follow God’s instruction.
Confess your sin.
Submit to His order.
Grow from glory to glory.

The Bridegroom is coming. Let us be ready, perfected, and united in faith.
