Our Story
People often ask us, “What does your church believe?” It is a sincere and important question, yet not always an easy one to answer in just a few words.
At Wellspring Ministry, we are Bible believers. We believe that every Word of the Bible is inspired by God and is truth, with nothing added and nothing taken away. While this may sound broad, it is the foundation of everything we stand for.
In today’s world, belief statements are often expected to fit neatly into denominational categories. However, we believe that as Christians, we are called to believe all of God’s Word, leaving nothing out and adding nothing to it.
We are, simply and scripturally, a Christian church.
“And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.” – Acts 11:26
The word Christian means “those of Christ.” Christ is the embodiment of truth — the way, the truth, and the life. To follow Christ is to embrace truth in its fullness.
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” – John 8:32
Faithful Leadership
Pastor Ben Bienvenue and his wife have faithfully served the Lord together, walking in unity, faith, and dedication to Christ and His Church.
Their shared calling and commitment to God’s Word have been central to the vision and growth of Wellspring Ministry.
Wellspring Ministry was established some years back under the leadership of Pastor Ben Bienvenue. Since its beginning, the ministry has been dedicated to preaching and spreading the Message of Christ for the last days.
The Scriptures clearly point to a Messenger, a Message, and a Marriage between Christ and His Bride. These truths shape our preaching, teaching, worship, and fellowship.
The Scriptures promise that in the last days there would be a full restoration of the Word and the Spirit before the return of Christ.
